Recently under new ownership. Course conditions have improved within the last year, but pace of play is still too slow. 5 hours to play is way to long.

The course has greatly improved over the last couple of years, especially the greens. Very good value for the price. Plus, it's only 1 mile from my house.

Difficult course. Above 12 handicap should move up a tee box if you want to enjoy your round. Five par 4's that play very long due to layout with difficult approach shot that can chew your round up if you are not conservative or don't think it out.
